The SurveyMonkey team has been hard at work developing a great new product for our customers—an incentives platform built right into SurveyMonkey, called Rewards. We’re excited to launch it today and have you try it out with your next survey. We have often heard from customers that they would love to add a custom coupon or sweepstakes to their survey—as a thank you, or as an extra motivator to have respondents complete a survey. However, for many customers, they didn’t have the resources or expertise to deal with prize administration and ensuring their prize complied with legal requirements.
Together with our partner, ePrize, we have built an easy-to-use, self-serve, incentive option that is fully integrated within SurveyMonkey. Simply create your survey and add the prize option to any of our survey collectors, and you’re ready to go. You can create a custom coupon, custom sweepstakes, or choose from our pre-designed incentives. This new platform is available to all customers in the US, whether you’re on a free plan or a paid plan.

We’ve started with working with customers to test drive Rewards and are pleased to share two examples that are currently up and running:
Citi Performing Arts Center, a non-profit institution dedicated to providing broad-based popular arts and entertainment and arts education programming, launched two promotions for upcoming performances of Cirque Eloize through a member survey:

Weddington Way, an online boutique dedicated to bringing style, social, and service to bridesmaid dress shopping launched a survey to gather insights into the shopping behavior and preferences of their customer base and offered a custom coupon to respondents:

We’ll be sharing the results of Citi Performing Arts Center and Weddington Way’s surveys using Rewards, so be on the lookout for those stories on our blog as well as a “how to” post that will step you through adding a prize to your next survey.
As always, we welcome your feedback on this new offering and on any of our products and features, so please tell us what you think in this short survey (and enter for a chance to win a $100 Amazon Gift Card!):

SurveyMonkey Blog. I do have a couple of questions for you if you do not mind.
Could it be just me or do some of these remarks come across as if they are coming from brain dead folks?
And, if you are posting at additional sites, I’d like to follow everything new you have to post. Could you list of the complete urls of all your social networking pages like your linkedin profile, Facebook page or twitter feed?

May I simply just say what a comfort to discover somebody that really knows what they are discussing over the internet.
You certainly know how to bring a problem to light and make it important.
A lot more people need to check this out and understand this
side of the story. It’s surprising you are not more popular given that you surely have the gift.
