Two questions:
When I was at Xerox we used your survey tool. We developed the questions directly onto the survey. Is this still an option?
If we wanted to reduce the scale from 5 to 4 dropping ’3′ is that possible?

Hi Laura–yes, you can definitely develop questions directly in SurveyMonkey. Check out our new Question Bank if you want a head start on questions by category (that are all methodologically sound). Help – I allowed people go back into the surveys and they erased all their data. Is there a way to get this back???
