How to Create a Professional Customer Satisfaction Survey in 10 Minutes or Less

If you’ve been thinking about surveying your customers, but haven’t had time to sit down and develop a survey, you’re not alone. We often hear from customers that you don’t know where to start or want help ensuring your questions are the right ones.

Well, our job is to make your surveying life easier. To do that, we’ve developed a 9-question, Customer Satisfaction Survey Template (available to customers on any plan, including our free one), that you can have up and running in under 10 minutes.

That’s right, under 10 minutes. All you need to do is:

  • Choose to use an Expert Survey template
  • Choose the Customer Satisfaction Survey template
  • Click “Send” and you’ve got yourself a web link you can send out to your customers

That’s it. If you have more time and want to add a few questions or further customize your survey (including picking a theme–we chose Seriously Blue for ours below), those options are all available on the site.

All of the questions included in the template are from our new Question Bank–a library of thousands of questions, written by survey methodologists to reduce bias and get the most accurate responses.

We’ve embedded the Customer Satisfaction Survey Template here so you can see it in action:
