Every day our fantastic customers design surveys, collect responses, and analyze results. In fact, SurveyMonkey customers have created over 400 million surveys in the past year alone!
So, while you’re collecting all kinds of important data to help you make better decisions, over here at SurveyMonkey, we’re investigating trends that occur across millions of surveys in order to identify best practices for our customers.
From determining which day of the week has the highest response rate, to figuring out the length of time respondents are willing to spend on a survey, to identifying which country has the most responsive population, it’s you—the creators and respondents alike—who provide us with the data we use to improve the practice of designing and taking surveys.

Your help button is not working. Seems to keep spinning and spinning.
I am paying $300 a month and want to know how to link different surveys together and create one pie chart?
For example, I want to run a survey monthly, but I want to compile yearly data from the questions in previous surveys using Excel. Is this possible?

Hello Lorie – Sorry about that. Could be a few issues causing the Help Button to not work. It could be a faulty cookie which may resolve the issue by clearing your cache and cookies. Here is how to clear your cookies/cache: http://www.aboutcookies.org/Default.aspx?page=2a
You can send out support staff an email at support@surveymonkey.com
Through using the same survey and “Filtering by Property” you will be able to organize your data in the way that you are looking for as this Filter allows you to filter by a date range. This way, you will be able to only see on year’s worth of data, or one month’s based upon the date range that you enter. If you do not apply any filter, you will see all of the data together by default.
Take a look at this FAQ on Filtering by Property:
