In July of 2011 we released Question Bank, and since then, thousands of surveys each week include our certified questions. Since we launched, one thing we’ve wanted to do is make it easier for our customers to discover certified questions as they’re writing their survey. To help with that, we recently launched suggested questions right in the question editor.
You can see the new “Suggest Questions” checkbox in the question editor. When you have it selected, we will show you any questions we think might be helpful from Question Bank. And, it also lists any questions you’ve used before that match the question you’re writing! That’s right, we’ll help you easily see questions you’ve written and used in the past, so you don’t have to search through old surveys to use those questions again.
Doug Morgan, a SurveyMonkey engineer who helped develop the feature, will be writing a post tomorrow about how the matching works.
We also made a small, but significant change to the question editor. We have swapped the order of the fields for creating questions. Previously, you selected your question type first, and then wrote your question. We have since changed this so that you think about your question content first, then decide what type of question best suits what you’re asking. This also means if we have something that matches from Question Bank, or your history of questions, you can skip the question-type step entirely.
You can always browse all the Question Bank questions in the normal spot to the left of the survey editor, and we are continuing to add new content as often as possible.

Hi, i would very much appreciate your help in assisting with either creating or locating a survey questionnaire to evaluate teaching program. This survey would be intended for teachers. Some of the indicators to guide the survey include; program content, program goals and objectives, sustainability if the of the program, relevancy to its intended clientele. Self evaluation for these teachers is an area of interest and focuses on; teachers qualifications, teaching experience [mastery of subject content, skills and attitudes], motivation to teach, classroom management, the use of modern teaching and learning pedagogies.

I had been curious about if you ever thought of changing the layout of your web site? Its very well written; I love what you have got to say. But maybe you could include a a bit more in the way of content so people could connect to it better. You have got an awful lot of wording for only having one or two graphics. Hi Kari – You can use one of our data entry methods to manually enter the data for each speaker. All of the speaker’s evaluations will be in the same analysis section. http://help.surveymonkey.com/app/answers/detail/a_id/142
An overall Score will not be assigned but you can easily export the data numerically to have numerical values for all of the answer choices. http://help.surveymonkey.com/app/answers/detail/a_id/299
