It would be nice to be able to see the time spent on the survey, each page, and each question.
Hanna J, Mar 5, 2012
Hi Ailelie – That is a great suggestion. Thanks for your feedback. I’ve passed it along to our product team. Thanks, and have a great day!

A doctor at BCCA asked me to complete a survey for one of his colleagues. The address I was given was http://www.surveymonkey/s/ovarian_gol_wtp_eng but I always end up at http://www.surveymonkey.com/Default.aspx.
Can you tell me how to proceed?
Thanks.
Hanna J, Mar 7, 2012
Hi Sharon – It appears the link he gave you was not the correct one. You’re going to need to have the doctor log in to his SurveyMonkey account, and re-copy and paste you the link. Thanks, and have a great day!
Retta, Oct 14, 2012
That’s really thnkiing at a high level
Sheila G, Oct 29, 2012
Thanks Retta! Good luck with your next survey.
Daria, Apr 5, 2012
How do you see this tutorial?
Hanna J, Apr 5, 2012
Hi Daria – Just click on the survey to link to the tutorial. Thanks!

Zoran, Apr 24, 2012
VERRY GOOD
Hanna J, Apr 25, 2012
Hi Zoran – We think you’re very good too! Thanks, and have a great day.
John, Apr 25, 2012
It would be really good if answers could be scored –
is that a possible ? will it come ?
Hanna J, Apr 25, 2012
Hi John – We’re not entirely sure what you mean by scoring answers. Can you give us a bit more information? Thanks!
Mahmood Quraishi, Apr 25, 2012
interested in surveys
Hanna J, Apr 25, 2012
Hi Mahmood – We’re so glad you’re interested in surveys. They’re our passion too. We’ll continue to post about all things survey, so check back in for the latest. Thanks!
Paul Fairlie, Apr 25, 2012
I would like to see full link cloaking, so that I can send respondents to a survey at my domain url, swap it for a Surveymonkey url, but still have them see my domain url.
Hanna J, Apr 25, 2012
Hi Paul – That’s a great suggestion! I’ve passed it along to our product team. We currently offer our our survey white label URL, research.net, which is available with the purchase of our Platinum plan. You also have full brand control and have the opportunity to redirect respondents to your site once they’ve finished your survey. For more information, check out this help center article: http://help.surveymonkey.com/app/answers/detail/a_id/17/~/use-a-white-label-domain-of-www.research.net.-with-a-platinum-plan.
SPASE TILEV, Apr 25, 2012
i am sorry for my self. SurveyMonkey is not what i was after for my work i spend my hard earned dollars and not much more. My questions are not to improve my work. how ever my concern was natural nature Mother Earth. and what are we going to do about it. If SurveyMonkey can give me my money back it will be good if not it will be still good. thank you
Hanna J, Apr 25, 2012
Hi Spase – I’m sorry if we’re not meeting your needs. If you have a billing issue you can email billing@surveymonkey.com. They will do their best to take care of you. Thank you for reaching out!
Lars Jespersen, Apr 25, 2012
Will it be possible in the near future to automatically translate your survey (done in English) into French, Spanish, Chinese etc.? That would be extremely handy.
Hanna J, May 2, 2012
Hi Lars – That is a great suggestion, but we don’t think we could do it well enough to make it worth the resources (if you’ve ever traveled abroad and used Google translate to communicate, you know what we mean). We are planning to offer translated version of Question Bank, however. We already have it in Dutch, Portuguese is scheduled to be released next week, and in time we will have Spanish, Japanese, Korean, and more. We’ll post about it here once we’re done, so check back in for the latest. Thanks!
Risa, Apr 25, 2012
When i saw Logic Features i got excited for a minute until i realized it has nothing to do with Logic Models. Within non profit our surveys are suppose to connect with indicators and outcomes, if there was a way of creating a survey that would connect directly to the logic model, it would save us a lot of time.
Hanna J, Apr 25, 2012
Hi Risa – You’re right, that’s not the kind of Logic we’re talking about. It sounds like the feature you’re talking about would make for a very cool survey tool! We’ll keep you posted as to our newest developments, so check back in for the latest. Thanks!
Debbie A, May 1, 2012
It would be really nice if, when editing a question, it doesn’t jump back to the beginning of the questionnaire but stays on the edited question, saving lots of scrolling down!
Hanna J, May 2, 2012
Hi Debbie – We SO agree! That’s why our product monkeys are working on a fix for this. We hope (fingers crossed) it will be live this month. We’ll keep you posted! Thanks.
