Here at SurveyMonkey, we take real pride in our Help Center. It’s a project that’s never completed, because we’re constantly adding new articles, tutorials, videos, and demonstrations. Before a new feature launches, our customer support team tests it several times and then writes a detailed explanation of how it works. If you haven’t visited the Help Center before, it’s not just a place to find answers to your questions (but it’s great for that); it’s where you can learn literally everything about the various tools, tips, tricks we have to offer.
