We’re Here to Help!

Here at SurveyMonkey, we take real pride in our Help Center. It’s a project that’s never completed, because we’re constantly adding new articles, tutorials, videos, and demonstrations. Before a new feature launches, our customer support team tests it several times and then writes a detailed explanation of how it works. If you haven’t visited the Help Center before, it’s not just a place to find answers to your questions (but it’s great for that); it’s where you can learn literally everything about the various tools, tips, tricks we have to offer.

Suffice it to say, we were pretty excited when the Help Center was mentioned on Six Revisions (a site that publishes useful articles for designers and web developers) as an example of a great help center. Read the article in full here.

  2. I would like to know why I haven’t received my reset button and that was two days ago? I can’t even contact support because someone other than me has reset my password as well as reset my email address. I need to get the data collection so I can finish my prospectus. Thank you!!!
