We’re the first to admit it–we think surveys are pretty fun. Here at SurveyMonkey, we get a genuine thrill from creating surveys, collecting responses, and analyzing the results. So, it shouldn’t surprise you that we’re pretty passionate about the features and tools we use to create our surveys. One such feature that’s been receiving a lot of love from our product and engineering teams is our Analyze tool. Over the past few months, we’ve been working really hard to improve the Analyze experience with even better tools, improved functionality, and some pretty dazzling charts.

If I sign up for Analyze Beta but don’t like it, can I switch back to what it is currently?

Hi Callie- Great question! Yes, you can switch back to your current view if you don’t like the Analyze Beta tool (but we really hope you will)! Once you sign up for the Analyze Beta, when you click the Analyze Results tab of your survey, you’ll see text right beneath asking, “Need to use the classic Analyze tool? Switch back”.

I would like to see:
1) The ability to compare multiple collectors against each other (not just an average of the collectors) without having to download the info to Excel and compare them manually.
2) I would like to be able to choose a “default chart” type so I don’t have to change it over and over again.
3) I would like to be able to set the scale so that all charts in a given survey display on the same scale for ease of comparison…right now I copy the chart into paintbrush and draw a line so people know where to look to compare data – not ideal!
